La Premiere is one of several popular subdivisions where I specialize. Located in Maurice, La Premiere is a relatively young subdivision but has already received excellent marks by those buying new construction as well as the general real estate resale market.

Take time....enjoy Maurice's Joie de Vive by partaking of some of the best Boudin around.
Boudin is a South Louisiana Staple. According to the professors who author BoudinLink.com, JD's Market and Deli receives an "A" for their extra thick, extra flavorful Boudin.
JD's is on the main approach to Maurice so is easy to find, especially since I've provided this map.
To get to La Premiere from JD's, head South on Hwy 699 to Hwy 167 and head West (only option!). La Premier is on the left off of Beau Road.
